Organization settings allow you to manage your account preferences, billing, and general configuration.

Accessing Settings

Navigate to Settings in the sidebar and select from the available sections:
  • General - Organization name and preferences
  • Members - Team member management
  • Billing - Subscription and payment information

General Settings

Organization Profile

  • Organization Name - Your company or organization name
  • Time Zone - Default timezone for scheduling
  • Language - Interface language preference

Preferences

Configure default behaviors for:
  • Notification settings
  • Default monitor settings
  • Email preferences

Billing & Subscription

Subscription Management

View and manage your subscription:
  • Current plan details
  • Billing cycle
  • Usage metrics
  • Upgrade/downgrade options

Payment Information

Manage payment methods:
  • Credit card information
  • Billing address
  • Invoice history

Invoices

Access past invoices and receipts for accounting purposes.

Best Practices

Ensure organization name and contact information are current.
