Setup Guide
Step 1: Access Integration Settings
- Navigate to your monitor in the StatusPageOne console
- Click the Integrations tab
- Select Add Integration
- Choose Email from the integration types
Step 2: Configure Email Settings
Email Address * [Configuration field]
The email address where notifications will be sent
Integration Name [Configuration field]
Optional: Descriptive name to identify this integration
[Toggle to enable] Enable notifications
Step 3: Test the Integration
Before saving, use the Test Integration button to send a sample notification:
Testing Your Email Integration
The test will send a sample incident alert to verify delivery and formatting.
- • Email arrives in inbox (not spam folder)
- • HTML formatting displays correctly
- • All incident details are readable
- • Links and styling work properly
Step 4: Save and Activate
- Click Save Integration to store the configuration
- Verify the integration appears as Active in your integration list
- The email integration will now send notifications for all monitor incidents
